Live Empowered Now is an 8 week program with weekly calls and videos created by me providing education on grief and several healing modalities to help you on your journey to begin to live empowered. The program can be extended beyond 8 weeks so that you can go at your own pace. 

What is Grief & can this program help?

When we think of grief it is usually in relation to the sadness felt when a loved one has died. Many clients come to me to process this type of grief. I find this work sacred and it is an honor to work with my clients as they process the loss of their loved one.

I also have many clients who have struggled with physical and emotional pain and we discover together that they are experiencing grief (sometimes over the loss of a dream, a friendship, a hope, the way they thought things were supposed to happen etc.)

It is important to point out that we can grieve for many things…grief for opportunities we have lost, grief for sacrifices we have made, sometimes we may be grieving and don’t know exactly why.

Please give yourself permission to feel whatever you are feeling. Your grief is valid. Sometimes it may feel awkward to talk about our grief and I hear “I don’t have it as bad as some people, I should be over it by now…” Try to let go of judging yourself. Your feelings are yours and they are valid.

When we are experiencing grief & loss it can lead to so many emotions and feelings. This may feel overwhelming and we may not know how to handle what we are going through.

In the Live Empowered Now program we gently explore your grief, your thoughts & feelings around the loss which can help you to begin to slowly move forward. I use a mind and body approach as I have found that grief is experienced physically as well as emotionally.

Physical symptoms of grief:

  • Feeling weak
  • Lack of energy

Cognitive symptoms of grief: 

  • Forgetfulness
  • Confusion 
  • Dreaming of the person you’ve lost
  • Absent-mindedness

Emotional symptoms of grief: 

  • Anger

Social symptoms of grief:

  • Being unusually dependent on other people
  • Withdrawing from friends
  • Relationship difficulties

  • Neglecting yourself but caring for others
